English: The Lynher viaduct from Trevollard. This viaduct carries the mainline railway from Plymouth into Cornwall. The field in the foreground, which drops steeply down to the tidal reaches of the River Lynher, is in the viewpoint square and the landscape immediately beyond the viaduct is within the featured square. The Lynher can be seen bending away to the left towards the sea in the centre distance and the waters of the River Tiddy, in SX3656, is visible beyond the flat spit of land below the trees. |
