Description
English: Collotype, Divided back, 13.90 x 8.80 cm.

Postmarked Allahabad, December 23, 1910 and addressed to Mrs. Annie Edlich, Wilmersdorf–Berlin, Meckenburgische Str. 73, German: "Dec. 22nd, 1910. via Brindisi. My dear wife. By Parcel Post you will receive to [two] little Children bags. By Registered Letter you will receive an Indian Shawl of which I will send some more, but look for look for the best, which you keep for ourself. I will send one for Tony too. I can tell your down & don't feel like Xmas. Keep in good health, and let me know if you received the things alright. With love Your Paul."

The card is written in German handwriting, and includes on the front, in German, "This card did not go with today's post."
