English: The Mug House Inn sign, 12 Severnside North Bewdley at one point in the 19th century had a total of 71 public houses. Today it has just under 20 which is still a large number for a town of its size. No doubt the tourist trade helps keep many of them going. The Mug House Inn is around 200 years old and overlooks the River Severn. Definitely one of the best positioned pubs in the town. http://www.mughousebewdley.co.uk/index.htm |
