Description
English: In 1994, the Patent Troll made his first appearance in the Patents Video. A while ago now, we digitized the analog video that was sold to hundreds of corporations, universities, governmental entities and law firms to educate laypersons about Intellectual Property and particularly patents. The depiction of the patent troll alluded to Jerry Lemelson who was the talk of the town in the Silicon Valley in the early 1990s. Jerry Lemelson was mentioned by name in the video.
