| Description |
English: The Post Office and Shop. The local shop and Post Office occupies the front room in the right hand half of this pair of cottages, which overlook the small village green. The size of the shop reflects local needs! Any more than two people means that a queue has to form outside! The left half is a separate cottage, known as "Post Office Cottage". Since this picture was taken the Telephone Box has been removed and the village sign blown down. |
