Description Prince Philip, the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Canadian Regiment, was in Toronto on 27 April 2013 to present the Regiment's 3rd Battalion with their Regimental Colours. Before the ceremony he was treated to a display of soldiering skills and weapons. Here he talks with two snipers, in ghillie suits.
