Description
English: Spirit Attenuation Well Original Slave Route, Badagry is located at Original slave route: journey to the unknown place, Nigeria. It is said that All the slaves were made to drink from it. After that, they lost all the memory of their origin. It essentially took away their consciousness and they were easily controlled this way. This is why people call it ‘Well of Memory Loss’. From the well, they were taken on the coast, loaded like animals on the ships and taken away.
