Description

"O Oysters," said the Carpenter, 'You've had a pleasant run! Shall we be trotting home again?' But answer came there none-- And this was scarcely odd, because They'd eaten every one."

    ~Lewis Carroll

Did you know that 85% of the world's oyster beds have disappeared? Luckily, through the efforts of the Nature Conservancy and the Puget Sound Restoration Fund, the marind health of Puget Sound and Hood Canal are steadily improving in recent years. If I was an oyster, I would definitely want to live here!
