English: The arrival of MV Balmoral It was all happening down on the harbour. Ten minutes after the completition of the Foel Swimming Race, the Balmoral arrived at the Landerneau Pier - about the only ship to call there this year - to pick up passengers for its Round Anglesey Trip. With every deck packed and faces peering through the bars and restaurant windows below deck, it was somewhat reminiscent of the Exodus. A goodly crowd of people waited on the pier to join the others who had embarked at Menai Bridge. |
