Description

The cog railway that takes people to the top of Pikes Peak in Colorado provides many great views. Curiously at the very top, the line continues right up to the edge of the precipice, as seen here.

Fortunately the trains stop short of this point!

The view is down towards Colorado Springs from 14,000 ft (4267 m). Spectacular and breathtaking (literally).
