| Description |
English: The former Royal Hotel at Tring Station, Aldbury The main London to Birmingham Railway Line was opened in 1837, and the hotel was opened the following year to provide food, drink, accommodation and horse transport for passengers using the station. It has now been converted to flats. This view shows the main block, with impressive frontage onto the road, as seen from the entrance to the station yard.
