Description
English: The old concrete perimeter track on the site of RAF Southrop Sheep pasture now but between 1940 and 1947 this was a relief landing ground known as RAF Southrop used by Oxford and Harvard training aircraft. Records indicate that this large flat area east of Cirencester proved an ideal grass landing strip.
