English: The reworking of the old spoil tips These tips are being reworked primarily to extract any large blocks of granite waste present which may be used for a variety of purposes in the construction industry or for the manufacture of tomb stones. Such slabs can be seen in the foreground. The finer waste is crushed using the mobile crusher seen in the photograph to produce hard core material. |
