English: The source of the Afon Ystwyth Those following the Ystwyth to its source may be surprised that, although through nearly all its length it follows a sharply defined valley, it rises in a featureless bog, the Gors-lwyd seen on the left of the picture. Through this also flows the infant Afon Elan, a river of totally different character, which flows in the other direction. |
