Description

May 10th: An extra train was set up in the evening of May 9th to transport Lt Colonel F.R.G. Chew to Bergen. The train is decorated with Norwegian flags and King Haakon VII's motto "Alt for Norge" (Everything for Norway). On the train are also released Norwegian prisoners of war from Grini Concentration Camp near Oslo. They are returning home to Western Norway. The train has arrived at Dale Stasjon in the morning, with railway crew standing in front of the train. Vaksdal municipality.

10. mai. Et ekstratog ble satt opp om kvelden 9. mai for å bringe Lt Colonel F.R.G. Chew til Bergen. Toget er pyntet med norske flagg og Kong Haakons motto "Alt for Norge". På toget er også frigitte norske krigsfanger fra Grini fangeleir som skal hjem til Vestlandet. Toget har ankommet Dale stasjon morgenen etter. Jernbanepersonale står foran toget. Vaksdal kommune.
