Description
Français : Cristal de saphir dopé au titane en fonctionnement. L'angle du cristal est l'angle de Brewster pour minimiser les pertes. La lumière détectée provient de l'émission spontanée du cristal autour de 800nm, le laser de pompe vert ayant été éliminé par un filtre. Ce cristal est celui du laser de Image:TiSa laser.jpg.
English: Titanium doped Sapphire crystal in use. The crystal angle is the Brewster angle to minimise reflection losses. The white beam in the crystal actually comes from spontaneous emission around 800nm, with the green pump laser filtered out by a colored filter. This crystal is the same as in Image:TiSa laser.jpg.
