Description The Tiadaghton Elm in 1939, scence of the Fair Play Men's Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, near the confluence of the West Branch Susquehanna River and Pine Creek, west of Jersey Shore in Clinton County, Pennsylvania, USA. (The elm no longer stands, having died in the 1970s).
