Description
English: RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom – David Tate and Staff Sgt. Adam Rouse, both from the 423rd Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment shop, examine the wheels of one of only six Tiger I tanks left in the world July 23. The tank was stored at RAF Alconbury during litigation to have it on display at the National Armor and Cavalry Museum at Fort Benning, Ga. Tiger I is a German heavy tank developed in 1942 and used in World War II.
