Summary edit

Description
English: The Titcomb Building at 1317 Commercial Street, downtown Bellingham. Built in 1904 by Harvey A. Titcomb, who leased it to the Hinsdale Hardware Company. It shares a party wall with the Bowman Building, completed a year earlier. The building's original facade, for years covered by a stucco mask, had recently been restored at the time of this photo.
