| Description |
English: Tivoli Crescent Tram Shelter Built around 1910 for the northern terminus of a tramline that left the Old Steine and travelled up Dyke Road. With the demise of the trams the shelter was moved back from the roadside and set in the wall and then used as a bus shelter which it remains today. In the meantime a recycling point has sprung up beside it. See http://www.mybrightonandhove.org.uk/page_id__5651.aspx#at for an older image. |
