・名称：東京消防庁特殊救急車Ⅲ型

・製作担当：株式会社赤尾（http://akao-co.com/products/1153/）
・いすゞ自動車製　ＥＬＦをベースとした高規格救急車。
・４ＷＤ駆動、エアーサスペンションを装備。
・重体重の患者に備え、耐荷重の大きいストレッチャーと耐荷重の大きい防振架台VCS-01を装備。
・陰圧装置を備え、外部からフレッシュエアを吸気し電気集塵の後に患者室へ供給する。
・患者室内の空気は、HEPAフィルターを通してから車外に排出される。

　その際に患者室内に陰圧が掛かる構造のため、二次感染を予防する構造となっている。
