English: Tollesbury Old & New This is the footpath from the Marina. Note the apartment blocks on the left are designed to complement the traditional sail lofts. However as a sensible precaution they have concrete garages on the lower floor. There has to be at least three metres of flooding before the living accommodation gets wet. |
