English: Merovingian jewellery from the grave of a wealthy woman, excavated in 1985(?) in the Basilica of Saint Servatius in Maastricht. The objects were found inside a tuff sarcophagus from the mid-6th century. Top: two gilded silver fibulae with red garnet inlays. Bottom: two gold bird-shaped hangers.
