English: A high view over the tops of trees shows the generally-level topography of the island. Devils Island Light Station landscape. The north end of the island where the light station is located is generally level, remaining much the same as it has been since the development of the light station. Overall, the island consists of rolling hills that rise about sixty feet above Lake Superior at their highest point.
