Das Torhaus im Vordergrund stammt aus der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Das Gesimse des Backsteimauerwerks ist als deutsches Band ausgeführt. Die Gräfte reicht links bis an die ehemalige Brücke vor dem Torhaus, weiter rechts ist sie verfüllt worden. Der links im Hintergrund sichtbare, unmittelbar an der Gräfte gelegene, außen mit Backsteinen verklinkerte und in den Giebeln verbretterte Hochspieker besitzt ein spätmittelalterliches Sockelgeschoss mit rund einen Meter dicken Wänden aus Kalkstein. Das Untergeschoss des Flucht- und Wehrspiekers gründet auf Findlingen. Der noch nahezu im Originalzustand erhaltene Speicher gilt als eines der ältesten und bedeutendsten Beispiele eines Bauwerks dieses Typs im Westmünsterland. Die gesamte Hofanlage einschließlich des Wohnhauses aus der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts ist als Denkmal ausgewiesen (Nr. A 14 der Denkmalliste von Südlohn).
