Description
English: Town End Farm, Cronton. Town End Farm, built of red sandstone and half timbered at the rear, is believed to be the oldest building in Cronton Village. It has a datestone of 1705. Note the stone mounting steps to the left. The name Cronton is of Saxon origin, meaning "settlement of crows".
