Description
English: Thanks to the comments below, we believe this is Fred Piper whose father was a <a href="http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Cork/Mallow/William_O_Brien_Street/430891/" rel="nofollow">Steam Circus Proprietor</a>. Fred would have been around 24 when this photo was taken. And gramach told us "Pipers are still in business in Tramore Co Waterford, and as it happens Freddie Piper is the proprietor of one of the amusement Arcades there."
