Summary

edit
Description
English: Double-stranded CXorf38 Promoter Region with Associated Transcription Factors (TFs). Each TF color relates to the grouping listed in Table 3: Red, lymph; orange, generally cancer-related; yellow, intrauterine; green, miscellaneous; blue, TATA-related; purple, blood; pink, reproductive. The first 100bp from the Transcription Start (TS) includes TFs related to all the previously listed categories except miscellaneous. TFIIB and NRF1 both occur twice within the first 100 bp. There is a higher density of TF within the first 100 bp upstream of the TS, as this is the main regulatory region for CXorf38.
