Description
English: A view of the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge on the day of the 2012 Teeside Running Day. This is the south end of the bridge, viewed from the south west. The road in the foreground is Ferry Road, whose east-west portion pictured here was being used as the staging area for the event (see the rally categories for further operational/location details). Ferry Road is the bridge approach road, curving around to the north on the right hand side, to meet the cradle. In the centre is preserved bus United BG413 (reg. LHN 860). On the right is the front of Stagecoach North East's driver training bus 21037 (reg. L37 HHN), being used as the rally control point.
