| Description |
English: Route 401 was once a trolleybus route called Dongjiu Route (东酒路, Dongzhimen to Jiuxianqiao), between 1961 and 1974. In early years, Jiuxianqiao was a center of electronic industry, so this trolleybus route was established for workers. After the conversion of that trolleybus route to ordinary bus route, a section of trolleybus wire cantilevers still remains here!
