editFrom http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/general/lib/lib1/nhclib/1994.pdf, this satellite shot shows Tropical Storm Debby to the east of the Lesser Antilles. As shown in the image, Debby was never a classically developed tropical cyclone on its lifetime, and Debby dissipated days after this image.
