English: Close to the Tirta Empul temple there is this coffee plantation where you can learn more about the famous Balinese coffee, try their different varieties and even see a Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) which eats and defecates the seeds of coffee berries which gives them a special flavour.
