English: Tulach an Leathair (Tulaghalaher) There is a vast amount of turf cutting in this area. In this partly worked section the way the peat is vertically sliced down to the water table can be seen. The size of the cuts suggests this section has been cut mechanically. Behind is a naturally occurring lough. |
