Se recomienda siempre realizar biopsia con aguja gruesa de este tipo de lesiones para corroborar la sospecha imagenologica La posibilidad de este diagnóstico genera ansiedad en las pacientes Esa mujer saldrá del consultorio pensando una y mil cosas ,replanteándose su vida y con miles de preguntas, muchas aun sin respuesta
