Description

Ekserserhaven – i dag Katedralskolens skolegård. Bildet viser turnstevnet i Ekserserhaven holdt 20. – 22. mai 1899. Dette var det største nasjonale turnstevnet som noen gang hadde blitt avholdt, 14 foreninger deltok. Bak til venstre kan man se tårnet på Vår Frue Kirke, den hvite bygningen er baksiden av Katedralskolen, så følger Befalsskolen og Ekserserhuset. Bak Ekserserhuset vises toppen av Trondhjems Tekniske Læreanstalts bygning, som stod ferdig året før.
