English: U.S. Soldiers attired in chemical suits decontaminate a simulated casualty during Vibrant Response 11.1 at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, Ind., March 16, 2011. Vibrant Response is a U.S. Northern Command-sponsored field training exercise for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive consequence management forces designed to improve their ability to respond to catastrophic incidents. The Soldiers are assigned to the 323rd Chemical Company, South Dakota Army National Guard. |
