Deutsch: Römische Marmorurne mit Inschrift des Lucius Aurelius Stephanus (CIL X, 121, in der Epigraphik-Datenbank Clauss/Slaby irrtümlich unter Nummer CIL X, 00122), ungefähr aus dem Zeitraum 71–150 n. Chr.
San Benedetto Ullano (Provinz Cosenza), in der Kirche San Benedetto Abate (laut EDR) oder Madonna del Buon Consiglio.
Der Fundort ist unbekannt; die z. T. in der Literatur zu findenden Angaben sind ungesichert (so EDR und Paoletti).

Den Totengöttern. Für Lucius Aurelius Stephanus, Poststallmeister des Kaisers.

Wegen seiner – nur hier bezeugten – Tätigkeit werden Stephanus bzw. diese Inschrift in Handbüchern erwähnt: „procurator a veredis, Poststallmeister, Corp. inscr. Lat. 10, 121“, vgl. veredus, Postpferd. – Paoletti vermutet, er sei für die Organisation der Pferdebereitstellung für den cursus publicus vielleicht auf der Straße von Capua nach Reggio Calabria zuständig gewesen.
