English: Senior Chief Petty Officer Martin Negron was frocked to Master Chief Petty Officer during a ceremony here April 20. Negron, a Puerto Rican native, credits his education and determination to his success. He enlisted in the Navy 19 years ago, working on ship engines, but loves his current job as religious program specialist.
