Description
English: Lance Cpl. Manuel A. Lopez (left) and Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Seth Thomas Secrease (right) were both on a mission with K Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment June 17, 2006 when an improvised explosive device nearly took the life of Lance Cpl. John Benson. Secrease directed four other injured Marines to help control the bleeding while they evacuated Benson to Camp Taquaddum, Iraq.
