Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) moored next to USS Frank Cable (AS-40) at Naval Base Guam as Mercy, prepares for Pacific Partnership 2016. Mercy's mission is designed to emphasize multilateral cooperation and building mutual trust in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
