Description
English: The U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Canberra (CAG-2) at the New York Shipbuilding Corporation, Camden, New Jersey (USA), on 5 May 1956. Note her radars: SPS-6, SPS-8A and SPS-10 on the lattice mast, CXRX on the pole mast and SPS-12 aft. In contrast to her sister ship USS Boston (CAG-1), Canberra was already fitted with SPQ-5 fire control radars aft, when recommissioned.
