Description The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Charles P. Cecil (DD-835) underway in Massachusetts Bay (USA) on 21 July 1945. Note that she is fitted as a radar picket destroyer with a separate mast for the SP-radar. This necessitated the deletion of the torpedo tubes.
