Description
English: Silhouette of the U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer USS Claude V. Ricketts (DDG-5) underway at sea on 1 October 1977. From September 1977 to October 1978, Claude V. Ricketts was in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Pennsylvania (USA), for an overhaul. Note that both the ASROC launcher amidships and the Mk 13 missile launcher aft are missing.
