Description

English: Retired U.S. Navy Capt. Robin Releigh, second from left, conducts a bridge resource management seminar aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable Feb. 11, 2014, in Polaris Point, Guam, for sailors and Military Sealift Command employees assigned to the ship. The semiannual course was intended for MSC bridge members and was designed to promote safe ship navigation. The Frank Cable, homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, provided maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
