Description The U.S. flag flies from the stern of the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) as the large harbor tug Anoka (YTB-810) escorts the guided missile destroyer USS John King (DDG-3) into port upon the vessel's return home following deployment. The Lincoln was at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia (USA), for its commissioning ceremony on 11 November 1989.
