Summary edit

Description The U.S. Navy fleet oiler USS Merrimack (AO-37) refueling an Essex-class aircraft carrier and a Fletcher-class destroyer, during operations off Japan, between 10 and 29 July 1945.
The carrier is a long hull Essex-class carrier equipped with the SK-2 radar. Therefore it should be either USS Ticonderoga (CV-14) or USS Randolph (CV-15).
