Description
English: The U.S. Navy fleet oiler USS Pawcatuck (AO-108) refueling the aircraft carrier USS Valley Forge (CVS-45) and the destroyer USS Eaton (DDE-510) on 18 June 1959. 14 Grumman S2F-1/-2 Tracker of Anti-Submarine Squadron 36 (VS-36) "Gray Wolves" and two Sikorsky HSS-1 Seabat helicopters of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 7 (HS-7) "Big Dippers" are parked on the carrier's flight deck and deck-edge elevator.
