PEARL HARBOR (Feb. 11, 2013) The guided-missile cruiser USS Port Royal (CG 73) passes by the USS Arizona and USS Missouri Memorials as it departs Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to participate in the theater anti-submarine warfare phase of the Submarine Commander's Course and task group exercise. The exercise is scheduled to take place off the coast of Oahu.
