English: The U.S. Navy high speed transport USS Ray K. Edwards (APD-96), commissioned on 11 June 1945, takes on stores at the Charleston Naval Shipyard, South Carolina (USA), prior to her shakedown cruise. Her Supply Officer, Ensign W.B.
