Description The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Stoddard (DD-566) off Vashon Island, in Puget Sound, Washington (USA), on 21 April 1944. Stoddard was built by the Seattle-Tacoma Shipbuilding Corporation and commissioned on 15 April. The ship is painted in camouflage Measure 31, Design 16D.
